My goal is to help people live a more fit, healthy, and productive life as they begin to embrace and own their age. 



With a good fitness routine, individuals can become healthier and fit with an enhanced quality of life. Exercise will increase a person’s confidence and self-esteem, while decreasing illness and chronic diseases. 

We all know that fitness can be a struggle, as it’s hard to take the first step and it can be somewhat intimidating.  In fact, most people contemplate for an entire year before they make a commitment to their health and fitness. Well, I’m here to give individuals the support they need to take that step, while keeping it as simple and seamless as possible. A quick explanation and demonstration will spawn interest and exhibit just how important fitness is to living a long and healthy life.

The rising epidemic of obesity in this country is alarming. Obesity, diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, kidney disease and high blood-pressure, just to name a few, are related to inactivity, poor nutrition, low self-esteem, stress and anxiety.  These chronic diseases can be avoided for the majority of the individuals affected simply by getting fit and staying active. 


The steps and tools I created are easy and simple enough for anyone to follow. I began my health and fitness journey at age 52, so I understand the struggle and intimidation that comes with it.  


I’m passionate about helping communities and people take control of their lives, being fit and healthy and understanding the complications if these simple steps are not elevated.
